By booking with us you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

Once your booking request has been accepted, full payment of the total booking cost is required to complete the reservation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We are a small family run B&B, so due to our intimate size cancellations and changes to bookings affect us significantly.

Please read our cancellation policy below carefully!

If a cancellation is made MORE THAN 30 DAYS prior to check in date, written notice is required and 50% of the total booking fee previously paid will be refunded.

If a cancellation is made 30 DAYS OR LESS prior to check in date, NO REFUND of the total booking fee previously paid will be returned.

 

ACCOMODATION POLICY:

  • Rates are based on a two person occupancy per suite.
  • We kindly ask you to be respectful of other guests and please keep the noise down after 10:00 pm.
  • Candles are NOT permitted, due to our insurance policy.
  • Smoking is NOT permitted for Henley Brook Manor guests.
